[epistemic status: mostly a reminder for myself, and people around me]

You officially have the permission:

To try things. To have fun. To make mistakes. To go on adventures. To be yourself. To try to be someone else and realize it’s too much work and not worth it ¹. To get lost. To find stuff. To change your mind.

To enjoy. To give, to be given, to share.

To live fully. To want a break, sometimes, from the fullness of life.

To give yourself the permission.
